Trouble ticketing

The School of Industrial and Information Engineering, has activated a Trouble Ticketing system, in place of the e-mail address

Trouble ticket is a signaling request for a problem that can be sent by every student, by clicking on one of the listed types, without time restrictions.The service is in fact active 24 hours daily (the resolutions of the problems are provided during office hours). The answers are notified by email to the institutional e-mail.The closed tickets, or the ones in procedure, can be found in the “My requests”, accessed from the personal page of on-line services.
